Pack Your Items

Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached and the product is in its original condition.

Attach the Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Refund

Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
